Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, and other details you provide when you create a Funolio account.
• Venue data — the settings, activities, pricing, and policies you enter to configure your venue.
• Your customers' booking data — names, contact details, and booking history that your customers provide when booking with your venue. We process this data on your venue's behalf.
• Usage and log data — how the software is used, including device and browser information, to keep the product working and secure.
• Cookies — used to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.

Payment data

Card numbers and other payment details are handled directly by our payment processors — Stripe and Clover. Funolio never stores your card number or your customers' card numbers.

Third-party services we rely on

We use third-party providers to run Funolio, including hosting, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing. Each of these providers receives only the information needed to perform their service.

How we use data

We use the information we collect to operate and improve Funolio, process bookings and payments, communicate with you and your customers about bookings, provide support, and keep the platform secure.

Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your information by contacting us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Funolio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
