These terms govern your use of Funolio ("Funolio," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
Funolio is billed monthly at the published price per location. There is no minimum term. You can cancel any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you cancel in — you keep access through the rest of that month.
Your venue controls its customers' data; Funolio processes it on the venue's behalf. You own your venue's data. You can take all of it with you if you leave — we are building a full export so nothing is ever held hostage; until then, ask and we'll provide it.
You agree to use Funolio lawfully, not to misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt it, and not to use it to violate the rights of others.
Funolio is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the extent permitted by law, Funolio's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to Funolio in the 12 months before the claim.
Payments you take through Funolio are processed by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe and Clover. Processing fees belong to those processors, not to Funolio.
These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, USA.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date and give notice of material changes.
